Myanmar

comment Myanmar’s political reforms have been performed from 2011 which brought their garment industry back to live.  Now there is a lot of foreign investment and knowhow (chinese) which creates a blossoming textile business in Myanmar. Traditionally denim production is not the most important part of their production although chinese investors brought denim production to the country. Chinese production was more focussed on the US market, where the big volume business is not famous for stunning washes. I have seen jeans which have been produced in a chinese managed factory in Myanmar – they must be good in flats and chinos.
